Metal tweezers. One end is a round flat ball that the two arms of the tweezers reach out of. They are straight until the last 1.5 inches, these bell out and come to a point at the very end.

Notes:
It was bent and banged up because it was used to hold the lead buttom while a hammer was used to form the lead into a cube.
Used for pulling lead buttons out of button molds. Then the button was placed on an anvil, the slag was pounded off and the lead button was shaped into a cube.
