Wicker Doll Carriage or Buggy w/ Sunshade

Description:
Narrow doll buggy with wood construction, metal suspension, and sides/sunshade made of lattice work consisting of woven strips of cardboard—like material. Mustard yellow—colored paint appears original. Rims of wheels are rubber. Metal foot brake. Handle is turned wood painted black with set screws. Sunshade tips back and front. Interior has bit of fabric lining on bottom and sides, backrest tips up and down. Oval metal plate at foot of interior reads "MADE BY / KUMFY—KAB CO / LA PORTE, IND." Buggy may also be called "carriage" or "pram".
Notes:
Carriage from attic of Lea home. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lea had daughters. Carriage was trapped in attic following certain renovations and was only removed recently when roof was repaired. House is at 629 W. 12th St and was built in 1930's.
