Description:
Square aluminum token stamped "GOOD FOR 5 CENTS IN TRADE" on one side, "A. & P.S.C. CO. GLACIER CANNERY ALASKA" on the other side. Rounded corners, circular stamps.
Notes:
Astoria and Puget Sound Canning Company was located in Excursion Inlet, 38 miles NW of Juneau, from 1914—1948. Glacier was used briefly as the town name (from "Alaska Tokens" by Ronald J. Benice, 1979).
