Description:
Relief carving of raven in traditional Northwest Coast Indian style on plaque made from two cedar planks joined horizontally. Wings spread downward with tail feathers spread, colored with red, black, and aqua paint. Carving incorporates small face designs in upper wings, tail, and raven's eye. Eyes of faces are inset with abalone, as is nostril. Background is carved to .5—inch depth. Plaque is varnished. CBJ Property # 03211.
Inscription: "C.J. Zuboff" carved into lower right.
