Description:
Black leather patch mounted on wooden plaque. Text and illustrations have been embossed on the patch. At the center of the patch is a white double circle. Inside the inner circle is a red flag with eight white stars. In the outer circle are two stylized faces and red text reading: "GASTINEAU \ MCY CLUB". On either side of the center circle are white wings with detailed feathers. Above the center circles is red text reading: "ALASKA". Below the center circles is red text reading: "JUNEAU". the patch is held on to the wooden plaque by six (6) back headed tacks. The front side of the wood plaque is stained and lacquered, while the back side is natural wood. It has a decorative beveled edge. Wood is oak.
