Ku Klux Klan Charter Document
Single charter document for the Mt. Juneau Number 2 Klan of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan with black and red ink found inside a black frame. Includes the names of the charter members. The document itself is off—white and has an elaborate border with the letter "K" on each of the four corners. The top center portion of the border contains a triangular emblem. A red watermark is found at the center of the document while the word "Charter" runs across it in large black letter. The bottom of the document has two seals, one at the center with a purple ribbon, and another on proper right.
Notes:
Douglas Meade was the first white child born in Douglas, Alaska.
Cash Cole was a former Territorial Official.
