Description:
Measuring tool composed of 2 wood crosses held together at center by steel plates (front and back) each attached to wood with 12 screws. Each arm of cross is 2 inches wide. Crosses are separated by .25 inch spaces at end of each arm. Brass plates (.5 inch by 1.75 inch) cover arm ends on front 1. Sandwiched between crosses is steel wheel, rotated by steel crank with wood knob extending outward from center plate on front only.
