Aluminum percolator coffeepot
A — black bakelite(?) handle.
B — Pot lid has black (bakelite(?) handle and glass insert.
Aluminum percolating insert consist of:
C — Basket
D — Basket lid
E — Stem.
Pot shape tapers from 7.125 inch diameter base to 4. inch diameter upper rim. Handle bracket and lid handle attached with aluminum rivets. Iron screws attached pot handle to handle brackets.
Inscription: Engraved or stamped into exterior base of pot:
"NO. 3012 / WAR—EVER / ALUMINUM / TRADE MARK / MADE IN U.S.A."
Notes:
Used by Thomas S. and Vera L. Parke during 1930s, '40s & possibly early 1950s at their home in Juneau
