A—B — Adjustable roller skates. Metal top. Metal ball bearing wheels with gray plastic "tread". Adjustable length.
C—D — Leather ankle straps with

G — Skate key to adjust toe clamps.
Inscription: Engraved on top of skate: "CHICAGO / PAT. NO. 1,910,193"
Engraved on both sides of each wheel rim: "CHICAGO ROLLER SKATE CO. / NO. 84 / PAT. NO 1,469,344"
Engraved on skate key: "CHICAGO SKATE CO."
Notes:
Skates purchased during late 1950s or early 1960s by Mary Ann Parke (about 10 years old) from either Montgomery Ward Co. or Sears Roebuck Co. in Juneau. Skates were used at "Skating Night" in basement of Harborview School, weekly event for kids. Plastic "tread on skate wheels made them especially nice on concrete floor.
