Awl type, brass fuse hole punch.
Long brass rod. Circular loop on one end, straight body, curves down to a point on the other end.
Used to punch hole for fuse in dynamite.
Notes:
Made from brass so it doesn't spark. Punches a hole in the end of a charge of TNT/dynamite to insert fuse prior to blasting.
