Description:
White oval plate with many stains and residues. At top center of plate is 1 inch round logo which appears as white sheen. Across top of logo is inscription: "CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILWAY CO." Center of logo is checkered flag. Border of several lines in same white sheen surrounds plate. Another similar line is between plate's brim and depression and displays evidence that original pattern may have been crimson and may have worn off. Portion of this lines along bottom of depression is crimson, while rest is shiny white that rest of plate displays. Steamship use
Back: Green oval logo (1 inch by 0.75 inch) on top. Inscription reads: "HANLEY / J&G MEAKIN / ENGLAND". On word "HANLEY" is maker's impression. To proper right of logo is stamped "HOTEL". Center back has stamped line 0.375 inch long.
