Description:
White plate with rose and black border, divided into 3 compartments. Plate has hand painted border in colors as follows (outside to inside): 0.0625 inch black, 1 inch rose, 0.25 inch black, 0.125 inch white, fine black line. After this border, center begins and is white. Plate is formed into 3 separate chambers. Bottom of plate is large chamber, approximately 2/3 surface. Remaining 1/3 is divided in 1/2 at top of plate. Upper proper left chamber has "PERCY'S" painted in black script.

Percy's was a restaurant at 218 Front St. It was also a teen—age hangout.
