Description:
4.75 inch by 14—inch red salmon with tan head and tail is woven into upper right quarter of tapestry with medium weight wool and thin metallic silver fibers. Background is swirl of very thick blue and green, thin metallic silver, and medium weight fibers. Warp threads of heavy fishing line are not visible. Unbleached muslin backing loosely stitched to back of hanging. Tapestry is attached to 1— inch by 3—inch board along top edge and is hung with picture wire attached at two points to board.
