Description:
Encapsulated print made of approximately eighty 0.125 inch wide strips of wood tied together with strings. Drawing of cottage with thatched roof on lake shore. Top third of drawing is natural wood color, cottage is white, water, blue green and shoreline grass. At top and bottom border is dark green and orange paper border. Top border has orange ribbon with grommets for hanging. Bottom border has green leaf design and 2 staples from which calendar (?) used to hang. Top inscription — "CITY CAFÉ / BEST PLACE TO EAT / OPEN TWENTY FOUR HOURS A DAY / PHONE 6—1363 / JUNEAU ALASKA".
