Description:
A — Battery Pack: Red steel canister rectangular with rounded sides. Clasps shut with silver metal clip. Hinged top opens and holds 4 "D" batteries. Inscription: "INSERT CELLS CAPS / DOWN ON ONE SIDE / UP ON OTHER SIDE / U.S. GOVERNMENT / FORESTER / NO 6 X 1600 / WEST FIRE EQUIP CO / SAN FRANCISCO USA / JUST RITE". Black electrical cord connects "A" to "B".
B — Small glass light bulb in steel reflective casing, mounted on metal head rest. Head rest curved and padded to accommodate head. Painted gray. 5.5 inches by 3 inches by 1.5 inches.
C — Elastic band that attaches to "B". Black elastic w/ metal slides for adjusting. Hooks at either end attach to lamp 19.5 inches by 1.25 inches mount.
Notes:
Used by donor's father—in—law, Grant Logan, who worked for AJ Mine, but probably used for outdoor recreation —— he liked to fish.
