Description:
Generally almond—shaped shells come to a point.
A—C — are approx 2.625 inches by 1.25 inches, purple, black, and white with shiny interior. "C" has acorn barnacle cluster.
D—E are 1.5 inches by .75 inches, brown & white outside, dull white inside.

D—E are 2 yrs. old & color variant but same species.
Donor label reads: "Mytilus Edulis"
C — w/ Balanus glandula (acorn barnacles).
