Image shows scene of the northern lights. At center bottom is a cabin shrouded in darkness with the light from a window visible. The tops of four trees are sillouhetted above the cabin. At top, the scene is dominated by a night sky with a swirl of red, yellow, green and blue color to represent the northern lights. At bottom, covered by the frame is the writing: "The Northern Lights, By Sydney Laurence." Border from the printing process is evident along proper right.
