Description:
Small brass lamp for attaching to soft or hard hat (see 91.44.01). Round brass reservoir, irregularly shaped upper portion with chromed reflector on front and attachment hook on back. Striker and flame source on reflector. On/off switch and fill—hole with cap on top.
Inscription: "Justrite Made in U.S.A. Pat No. 115123 [arrow pointing left] on off [arrow pointing right]" on top
"United States of America" on bottom
