Description:
A — Oval pan has outward curling lip and inner rim upon which rests inverted lid/plate. Pan's 1.75—inch maximum—width handle, with .375—inch hole near tip, is double bolted to one end and hinges back over pan to hold lid down. Pan is 17.25 inches wide with handle extended.
B — Plate has two lenghwise partitions, one metal loop bolted onto bottom, and, when inverted, serves as lid to mess kit.
Inscription: A — "U.S. APCO 1942" on handle
"J. Bonk / Mass. / Italy"
"H.W." etched by hand on bottom
