Description:
Oak pump organ with 61 keys on one keyboard and 14 stops. Simple vertical panels on either side of cabinet. Two slots at rear of right side panel. Keyboard cover on four brass hinges has built—in music stand 2 inches by 22 inches, on two brass hinges. Two—inch square grooved legs on right and left front connect keyboard to cabinet base. Music chamber has open wood slatted vents, 44.25 inches by 43—inches, opening in front. Lower 25 inches in back has four wood panels. Upper portion in back has two wooden slatted, fabric—backed vents, each opening 11.5 inches by 20.5 inches. Organ on wheels.

Formerly used at Chapel By The Lake, this may have been one of the earliest organs in Juneau. Belonged to Jim and Sharon Crowe who gave it to Romer Derr in 1982, per donor.
