Red, white and blue pennant.
Long red white and blue pennant. One red stripe above one white stripe. There are seven white stars on a field of blue at the tip end. At the very top there is a white canvas end piece with a brass grommet. Object tapers to a point from 3" at the top down to 1" at the bottom. At the bottom the two stripes (red and white) split into two tails.
