Description:
A — Ladies' brown wool felt hat with deep crown and deep 3.5 inch upturned brim (nearly even with top of crown). Top of crown trimmed with brown plastic "half" beads with prong attachments. Headribbon (inside) is brown grosgrain.
B — 2.0 inch hat pin with pearl end; removed and placed in Mylar. (stored in personal items box).
Inscription: "Made in USA / Merrimac Hat Corp. / 94% wool 6% ARALAC FIBER" on cream—colored printed label in crown
"NEW YORK / CREATION / ADJUSTABLE" union label
