Phonograph record set of Brahms Symphony No. 1, In C Minor Op. 68. Set includes a paper and cardboard case and five (5) records.

A: Brown cardboard case for records. The case is constructed like a book. The spine is a dark brown with gold text reading: "BRAHMS SYMPHONY No. 1 in C MINOR (Op. 88) DM 470 VICTOR". The front cover is a rust colored red—brown with gold text at the center reading: "BRAHMS \ Symphony No. 1, In C Minor \ Op. 68" and text in the lower proper left reading: "A VICTOR \ MUSICAL \ MASTERPIECE". Back cover has no text. Interior pages are brown paper sleeves that hold the five (5) records.

B: Phonograph record made of black resin with red painted center. Gold text located at the center of Side A reads: "RED SEAL RECORD \ HIS MASTER"S VOICE \ REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. Notes:
Record from the Augustus Brown collection. Brown donated 1,500+ records to the Memorial Library. In the 1980's approximately 800—900 were purchased by donor's father.
