Notes:
The cartoon is about Sarah Palin's abrupt resignation as governor of Alaska following her unsuccessful run as John McCain's vice presidential candidate in the 2008 election. Palin stepped down during the State's 50th anniversary celebrations in July of 2009, without an in depth explanation to the people of the State.
