Notes:
The person sitting at proper right of the box is Bruce Botehlo, Juneau Mayor. The cartoon is a comment on the "Capital creep" that took place during the Palin administration, in which State governmental services moved from Juneau to Anchorage and other parts of Alaska. The person emerging from the box is Sean Parnell, Palin's Lieutenant Governor who inherited the office when Palin stepped down.
