Bronze Juneau Fire Department 1980 Belt Buckle

Description:
Bronze oval belt buckle. Polished border with embossed central design. "JUNEAU FIRE DEPARTMENT" around upper half. "EST. 1887" on proper right, "ALASKA" on proper left. In middle is large outline "J" with letters "VFD" inside it arranged in vertical line. Above curve in "J" is rolled up firehose, a helmet over it, and hammer—like object across it. Background has hammered texture. On back, on top, is embossed "Alaska Bronze Works, PO Box 2183 Juneau, Alaska 99803" with "c" on circle and "1980" under it. At bottom "Ser. No. 186" w/ 186" imprinted and "Ser. No." embossed, both surrounded by rectangle. On proper right is a hook. Running from top to bottom is 1.0 inches "tunnel" to accommodate belt of 1.875 inches.
