Red & Black Wooden Pattern Piece from Treadwell

Description:
Wooden pattern piece for casting metal machine part in Treadwell foundry. Center is a cylinder with low shoulder leading to slightly wider base. Cylindrical knob on top. Four arms radiate out flush with the bottom, each a half—cylinder, two short and two long. Construction is held together by small nails and a thick, brown gap—filling adhesive.
