Notes:
See documented file for brochures "Instructions for the Use and Care of the Burpee Simplex Sealer" and "Canning in Tin with the Wonder Can Sealer". From the household of Thomas S. and Vera L. Parke where the canner was used from probably the late 1930's into the early 1980's. King and Coho salmon and venison stew were the primary products canned. Canning was a family affair from fishing or hunting through the canning and pressure cooking process.
