Description:
Triangular shaped silicate and sulfide mineral sample of gold in pyrite and quartz. The mineral sample is primarily gray and rust in color with smaller sections of black and white. Two sides of the mineral sample have been sliced to reveal a smooth texture which is primarily cream and grayish—black in color. The cut side also reveals streaks with are a metallic grayish—black. The remaining edges are rough with unsliced sides.
