Description:
a & b — Round metal brass colored container consisting of top and bottom that fit together. Printing in black with stylized design around name. Base has name pressed into it.
c — Rolled around paper core inside container is .75—inch rubberized tape (gray in color).
Inscription: "Okonite Tape 3/4 inch 8 oz......U.S.A.
Notes:
Donor's father, Glen Oakes, was stockkeeper/wharfinger for A.J. Mine. Started at Treadwell 1913, then to A.J. 1916. Retired 1962. (Pat Oakes, daughter).
