Blue and white plate with gilt lettering. Center transfer print design of Juneau Capitol building. 6—storied building with 4 pillars. Background is mountain. Foreground is suggestion of street corner. Bottom center inscription: "CAPITOL BUILDIING / JUNEAU." Along right side of building is artist's signature, "Brantly '93", vertically along building. Outside border is blue with white leaves to either side. At top "ALASKA" written in gilt. At bottom center, "1994" written in gilt in white banner.
Back: Logo in blue transfer print of wheat or flowers with letters "TM".
Inscription: "Royal Blue Chateau / Made by Tidemark Co. / Winter Park, Florida / Plate 14". "14 is handpainted in gilt.
