Description:
A — Wood slide rule has applied plastic strips, calibrated on front side and along top and bottom edges. Glass viewfinder with hairline slides back and forth along front calibrated strip. On back is numerical key.
B — Red and brown leather case, stitched along bottom and one side, molded to fit slide rule. Written in ink on one side: "C.H. KEIL / CASCADE CLUB.

Engineer Carl Keil was partner w/____ Peterson (via donor Mrs. Nelson) in Juneau 1916. (Juneau phone book shows Keil & Pederman as contractors 1957—59).
