Description:
Watercolor painting of building on top of hill in winter scene. Partial buildings go off the left and right edges. Part of street visible at foreground with car buried in snow. Top third is cloudy grey sky. Painting appears to be done directly on low quality cardboard and attached to mat board window with gummed tape on all four sides. Signed in low proper right corner "SOLKA — 63"
