Title:
Metal Shoe Last
Description:
A shoe—shaped metal shoe last. A shoe last helps mold a shoe in the cobbler process. The shoe last has a oval—like hole in the back which appears to have been where a handle could have been put. Two metal supports run in either direction from this hole lengthwise of the shoe last. Molded on the front part is "Warrented 17". The metal "sole" of the shoe last has a curve in the middle and a curve in the toe, corresponding to the human foot.
