Watercolor painting of Federal Building.
Painting shows an architect's rendition of the Federal Building. Foreground shows a wide green lawn with groups of people walking. Center of image shows the Federal Building with all its windows and a flag in front. To proper right on the same level as the federal building, in the background are images of some of the buildings in town, including a capital building on Telephone hill and the "tank—farm" on the flats. The top half of the painting is dominated by a blue sky.

A square border is inked around the image on the border below the painting is written: (proper right to proper left, top to bottom) Olsen and Sands Architects A.I.A. Federal Building, United States Post Office and Court House, Juneau Alaska, Linn A. Forrest Architects A.I.A. John Graham And CO. Architects + Engineers."
Notes:
Forrest was self—employed. Foss Architects was a rival during the 1950s.
