Description:
Rectangular oil painting on canvas, affixed and wrapped around beaverboard with unidentified adhesive. Canvas unevenly cut and wrapped around top and vertical sides. Remnant from canvas lower edge being wrapped is still adhered to board, but lower edge of board has been trimmed and has ragged, exposed edge. Painting secured to flared wooden frame with finishing nails. Remnants of brown paper backing adhered to reverse of frame. Reverse of board has black marker inscription and printed Beaver Board trademark. Scene depicts hilly shoreline with overhanging tree, waterway and mountains in background with snow at peaks reflecting pink. Sky is green. Surface is lumpy. Upper left corner bent. Varnished with damar varnished.
