Small ingot mold
Description:
A thick metal ingot mold. It is a heavy, thick metal rectangular basin with two horizontal pieces of metal attached to the short sides as handles. Embossed on the top, but only legible in certain places is some labeling, "J.T. & C." is one such label.
Notes:
Found on hill above the 30 stamp mill at the Perseverance Glory Hole in the area known as "Little Treadwell" because John Treadwell did some work in the area.
