Jar of Dixie Peach Pomade Hair Dressing.
Clear glass jar with a blue lid. Jar has a yellow paper label with a red border and blue and red writing. Label says: "DIXIE PEACH / HAIR DRESSING / POMADE / Improved with Lanolin / LANDER, FIFTH AVE., NEW YORK, DISTRIBUTOR 7 OZ NET WT." Label shows the image of a woman's head in profile. Lid is tin, painted blue with the following in gold: "HAIR DRESSING / DIXIE PEACH / POMADE."
On the bottom of the jar in raised letters" LANDER / 13."
Jar is filled approximately 1/3 with what looks like a petroleum jelly based pomade.
