Description:
Green ship's bell with heavy iron clapper painted black and hangs on metal ring. Remains of wasp nest inside bell. Hanger rod black, has three holes for screws. Attached to bell by bolts. White paint streaks on edge of rod.
Notes:
Acquired and preserved by Oakes family of Juneau.
The Zapora was a Northland Transportation Co. vessel in the 1920s — 1930s, which took passengers to and from Seattle.
