Title:
A cabbage slicer
Description:
A large, cabbage slicer for making cole slaw and other cabbage dishes. It is composed of three distinct parts: the slicing board which is composed of a wood rack with two channels for the cabbage box to slide and the three (3) metal blades which do the slicing portion.
The cabbage box is a roughly hewn box with two grooves on each side to slide into the slicing board. It in which the cabbage gets put.
The place board is a thin block of wood that is placed on top of the cabbage and pressed down as the cutting is commenced so that the whole cabbage is sliced up and no human appendages are damaged in the process.
