Green glass bottle with woven cover and top/lid by Mary Lou King.
Green bottle came from the Madera Glass Company in California.
Woven cover is made of red and yellow cedar strands. Cover is hand woven by Mary Lou King.

Notes:
Bottle by the Madera Glass Company was found in a shed in 1929. Other items by Madera Glass Company already exists in collection. Cover was hand woven by Mary Lou King using red and yellow cedar. Cedar was collection and processed/treated for weaving purposes by Mary Lou King herself. Red cedar from Pow Island and yellow cedar from Petersburg. Mary Lou King learned to weave from Selena Peraktrovich forty (40) years ago. Ms. King worked on cover during 2012 and completed the project during September 2012.
