Description:
Oval pewter belt buckle with brass—plated fire hand—cart in center. Above cart, embossed, "JUNEAU VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPT." bisecting upper one third of buckle. Above "VOLUNTEER", embossed "1887—1987" in half circle. In bottom one third, under cart, embossed "100 YEARS OF SERVICE". Both right and left edge have embossed filagree. Design is raised about 0.125 inches. Loop for leather extends from proper left.
BACK: Center has raised vertical oval, inside "U.S. DES. PAT./ 246, 552". Proper left loop for leather; proper right, hook. Under loop, vertical stamped "("c" in circle) 1987/ Siskiyou / Buckle Co. Inc. / WILLIAMS OREGON". Top center, above oval, stamped "NO 121 of 250 / 1987 Limited Edition". "121" engraved.
