Description:
Rectangular plate with floral embossed slanted edge painted with black enamel and gilt. Perforated tab at either end for attachment. Three—inch nickel plated scale attached with screws. Enameled handle articulates with blade assemblage to raise and lower blade. Embossed letters on handle, on blade near gear cogs, incised, on measure and on underside.
