"Alaska Governmental Center" Presentation Panel.
At center is a painted image showing an aerial view of Telephone Hill and the surrounding area to include the State Office Building, and a proposed Legislative Hall.
Beneath the painting is the title: SITE PLAN with a directional arrow pointing north. At the bottom of the panel is a white and brown banner. Within the brown section of the banner in raised embossed letters is the following: "ALASKA GOVERNMENTAL CENTER / NORTHWEST DESIGN ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS."
