Small handmade gaff with shaped wood handle. Metal gaff point lashed to wood with green polypropylene twine.
Notes:
Used by Thomas S. Parke as a hand gaff for salt water fishing. Handy tool as it is small enough to keep in a tackle box. Gaff likely beach combed by Parke and subsequently put into use.
Brushed lightly with soft brush to clean.
