Black and white photograph of a float plane (sea plane). The aircraft is out on a water way. Snow covered mountains, trees, and a shoreline town are seen in the background. Shoreline and a section of wooden dock are seen in the foreground. The snow capped mountain in the background is reflected in the water around the plane. On the side of the plane is text reading: "ALASKA WASHINGTON / AIRWAYS".
Verso has a stamped "24" in the lower proper left corner in blue ink.
Photograph is of the float plane named "Taku" in Eyak Lake in Cordova Alaska in 1930.
