Photo of several snow covered houses and buildings in the Gastineau Avenue area of Juneau. Snow lined roofs with smoke stacks can be seen in the foreground of the photograph. A wooden lamp post with a white circular shaped glass covered can be seen in the bottom corner of the proper left. In the bottom corner of the proper right, the words "Elite Studio Juneau Ak." are written in white. Additionally, a white wooden building with a metal sign attached can also be seen in the lower corner of the proper right. The visible portion of the sign reads, "212 Ferry Way / ROOMS". Additionally, entire houses and buildings run horizontally across the lower half of the photograph. The upper half of the photograph shows a wooded hillside several downed trees. A wooden building can be seen in the upper corner on the proper left of the photograph.
Reverse is labeled in purple, fushia, and black ink with a series of similar stamps with varying dates and signatures. The stamps on the reverse resemble the following two layouts: "In Cause no. ___________ / ___________ Clerk / By ___________ Deputy" and "____ Exhibit No. ____ / Received in evidence".
