Black and white photograph of a float plane (sea plane) tied up to a wooden ramp attached to a wooden dock. The plane is being viewed from the right side. Snow covered mountains and water in background. Water and a section of dock in the foreground. The photograph is of the aircraft named "Petersburg" (Peter for short) in Cordova, Alaska. Verso has a hand written number "56" in pencil.

The album belonged to William G. Brian Harland. He was a mechanic for Alaska—Washington Airways and Alaska Southern Airways. He was based out of Juneau.
