A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (brown with red trim). The frame is labeled "Cruise alongside Pr. LouiseMay '53" in handwriting. The image shows a closer downward view from the deck of a ship, showing a sliver of the hull. Alongside the larger vessel, there is a smaller pleasure boat, with an indistinguishable number of people aboard, and one man busying himself with lines on the bow. The top of the smaller boat is organge in color. The image is dark, as if taken at twilight. The number "22" is printed in ink on the frame at the upper left.
