Black and white photograph of a float plane (sea plane) tied up along a shore line. The tail of the aircraft extends over the bank. Text on the side of the aircraft identifies it as part of the Alaska—Washington Airways fleet. Tree covered mountains in background. Water in foreground.
Verso has a stamped number "05" in the lower proper right corner in blue ink.
Photograph is of the float plane named 'Petersburg' at Lake Renahan in 1931.
